What our warranties cover*
Parts
The motors and electrical components of your central vacuum are warranted for 10 years, depending on the model.
Service centers
To maintain your warranty, service must be performed exclusively by an Trovac Service Centers (TSC) using genuine Airstream or Trovac parts.
Replacement and repair
The Trovac Service Centers (TSC) will repair or replace the defective part(s) free of charge for a period of 3 years, depending on the model.
How do you honour your warranty?
We understand how annoying it can be when your central vacuum cleaner runs into trouble. That's why we put a network of Airstream specialists at your disposal. Our Trovac Service Centers (TSC) are specially trained to diagnose and solve any problems that may arise with your Airstream central vacuum.
Maintenance and repairs are carried out in the workshop of the Trovac Service Centers (TSC). Some of our experts offer the option of an in-home service call for a fee. If the unit is still under warranty, please bring your proof of purchase with you.

Free from defects in materials and workmanship for as long as you are the original owner of your of your appliance, and as long as it remains in its original place of installation. This warranty applies to the body and tank of the unit and is not transferable.
Motors and electrical components are 100% warranted* for 10 years, depending on the model, from the moment you purchase your central vacuum.
Portable Vacuums
Our portable vacuums are designed to deliver performance and durability. Depending on the model, they are covered for a period ranging from 1 to 5 years from the date of purchase, under normal residential use.
Coverage period:- Canister vacuums (AS100, AS200, AS300): 5 years
- Handvac2: 1 year
- Stick Vac: 1 year
- AS600: 1 year
Air purifier
Our UV portable air purifiers come with a 2-year warranty (parts and accessories in the event of a manufacturing defect).
Lamps are also covered by a 1-year warranty.
Attachments
Our Airstream brand accessories come with a 3-year warranty. Electrical powerhead warranty 1-10 years depending on manufacturer's warranty.
If an accessory proves to be defective due to a manufacturing defect, it will be repaired or replaced under the terms of the warranty.
What's not covered
Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear on components such as filters, damage due (in Airstream opinion) to misuse (e.g. plaster dust, water, etc.), commercial use, lack of proper maintenance, improper installation, negligence, natural disasters, claims and accidents.
There is no warranty for consumable items such as lights, belts, brush rollers, carbon brushes (motors), disposable bags and filters.
Also, in-home maintenance service is not covered. Transportation and travel costs are not covered by the warranty. Dealers may charge for in-home service if available.
